Working Principle
Inside its housing is a fully automatic vacuum filtration equipment. This model uses a filter cloth or strainer as the medium to arrange the slurry horizontally on top of the filter medium, making full use of the gravity and vacuum suction of the slurry to achieve solid-liquid separation.The entire filter cloth has a circular structure and is driven by a driving wheel. After the material is arranged on the vacuum and negative pressure working surface by the feeding device, the slurry liquid is pumped to the collection tank by the vacuum and negative pressure on the traveling filter cloth. The solid particles in the slurry are intercepted by the filter cloth to form the filter cake, and the solid filter cake is removed at the discharge of the filter cake to achieve solid-liquid separation.
In order to ensure the operating stability of the equipment and the filtration energy efficiency of the filter medium, the horizontal vacuum belt filter is equipped with a filter cloth washing device, a filter cloth tensioning device, and a filter cloth correction device to ensure the stability of the equipment.At the same time, the filter cake washing device and cleaning liquid collection tank can also be expanded to meet the user's process needs for filter cake washing and separate collection of washing water.
