Product Introduction
DNY series belt filter press is a new type of dehydration equipment, which has the advantages of continuous operation, high efficiency, low energy consumption, easy operation, etc. It is now widely used in sludge dehydration in industrial wastewater and urban sewage treatment in papermaking, textile printing and dyeing, electroplating, petrochemical, leather making, food and other industries. It is also widely used in material dehydration in building materials, coal, food and other industries. The DNY belt filter press produced by our factory is a new type of belt filter press developed on the basis of learning from, absorbing and digesting the advanced technology of foreign advanced belt filter presses. It is developed on the basis of traditional pressing equipment.
Product Application
DY belt filter press is widely used in industries such as coal slime, urban domestic sewage plant sludge, water plant sludge, paper mill sludge, printing and dyeing plant sludge, steel plant tailings sludge, alkali plant salt sludge, acidic wastewater neutralization sludge, organic chemical plant sludge and refinery sludge treatment.
Working Principle
After passing through the surface of the unloading device, the material enters the primary gravity pre-dehydration section. The material is dehydrated and concentrated under the action of gravity. With the operation of the filter cloth, the material is discharged at the discharge point and enters the secondary gravity dehydration area. The material that has been pre-dehydrated through two passes moves forward continuously with the upper and lower filter belts (the upper and lower filter belts are driven by the transmission mechanism controlled by the frequency converter), and first enters the "wedge" pressing section: in the "wedge" pressing, on the one hand, the material is flattened, and on the other hand, the material is subjected to a slight pressure to dehydrate the material; then enters the "S" shaped pressing section, in which the material is sandwiched between the upper and lower filter belts and repeatedly pressed by several rollers of different calibers to form a shearing effect on the material, so that the material is dehydrated. The dehydrated filter cake is scraped off by a scraper, and the upper and lower filter cloths continue to move forward and re-enter the next working cycle after cleaning. The whole process is repeated over and over again.
