Product Introduction
CD ceramic disc vacuum filter is a new high efficiency and low energy costs vacuum equipment which adopted mechanism,micro-pore ceramic and ultrasonic technology.It includes slurry tank, rotary,stirring system,ceramic filter plate,scraper,waterline system,drive device,ultrasonic cleaning system and automatic control system.,etc. It adopts the ceramic’s capillary effect which can realize the liquid can enters into vacuum filtrate discharge system under the vacuum function, and the surface stopped on the ceramic plate surface, with the rotary moving and the cake be discharged automatically by ceramic scraper, complete the filter procedure and to the next filter recycle.

CD ceramic disc vacuum filter is widely used in mineral separation,metallurgy,environment protection,chemical.,etc applications which the solids particle size from -200mesh to -450mesh superfine materials.
Working Principle
Ceramic plate surface will be absorbed cake when the ceramic filter plate immersed into the slurry under the vacuum function combine with ceramic’s capillary effect, the filtrate be absorbed into the ceramic filter plate channel and to the distribution valve and enters into filtrate tank.With the rotary driving the absorbed cake plate will leave from the slurry and then start the cake spraying(if needs), then keeps drying by high vacuum, then come to the none vacuum cake discharge zone,discharge the cake automatically by ceramic scraper ,and then come to the ceramic filter plate washing zone, the filtrate/fresh water with compressed air enters into inner of ceramic filter plate to wash the plate’s micro-pore from inside to outside, then come to the next filter recycle. Usually after used around 7-10hr then use the ultrasonic combine with the low concentration acid to clean the plate to realize the ceramic plate’s regeneration.
